Question What are the good points of the PRO-TAC backrest?

With the demise of the VN750, I figure I better get a backrest now,
or maybe they won't be manufactured any longer? Do any of the
backrests fold down so I can get my extra long leg over the seat
when dismounting?

Beside PRO-TAC who else makes a backrest for the VN750? Inclucing
the Bag type of backrest...if I was to get a bag type it would have to
be very solid and not bend with back pressure on it.

Utopia makes one as well. It looks like it can be adjusted forward when carrying a passenger. Anyone have one?
