Need A New Helmet......On-Line???

Thinking about an HJC CL-33, buddy got one and I like it.

Where's a good on-line place to buy helmets?

Checked eBay, nothing going on there.

I picked up a Vemar on closeout recently. Read some good things about it and it certainly gave its bang for the buck. I love this helmet. At $99, you can't go wrong.

That is a great deal, I really want an open face version though.

Thanks,
Jon

John, this is obviously your decision on what helmet to wear but i assume you want one for protection. couple moth ago i seen a demonstration of just how safe the open face one - bruised face and no scratch to the helmet. and this is in accident that totaled the bike (a buddy of mine crashed). i wear a fullface one even though i understand how dumb i look wih it (well, i can't see myself when riding so i don't give a sh..t). i want all the protection i can get. especially against those bugs!

those are couple of some good deals there. but then again - it's up to you what to wear

I use a modular, mostly I got is because I wear glasses and getting a helmet on and off is a bi**ch with glasses. I love my HJC CL-Max. It was just under 200 at my local dealer. A bargain at any price as I don't have to take the helmet off for glasses, coffee, smoke... wahoo!

These guys have excellent prices and service. Two years ago I bought a Nolan N-100E for myself from them and recently bought a Nolan N-102 for my wife. They carry all the major helmet brands including HJC.
