Very nice! Looks very comfortable.

I have a Mustang seat that was on my bike when I bought it. Can't complain.

Looks good. How about a few shots of the mods you did under the seat?

Here is a couple of shots of how I mounted the seat. The front mount was unchanged. In the back I made a plate and attached a single bolt to mount through the fender. The plate is attached with self threading screws. I have had no problems so far. I also needed to cut the mounts for the sissy bar. The seat sits on top of the cutoff mounts.

I think that this is my favorite 900 seat mount style, looks nice and clean.
I like the taco you have in that last pic also reminds me of one of my dads old ice racers.

Quick question. I just performed the seat mod with the plate and bolt through the fender. How do you stop the bolt from turning when removing the seat? Seems like after sometime, the bolt and nut will become harder to remove, then the bolt will move with the nut.

Thanks

My seat in the picture above was done with a fender washer and a lock washer above and below the plate. Lock washer at the bolt head and at the nut with fender washers at both sides of the plate. Also used lock tight at the nut. It ain't goin' nowhere! The bottom nut under the seat fits in the hole of the cross brace so it doesn't get in the way, sturdies any side to side movement though.

Don't know anything on how you mounted your seat but here is a picture of what I did to support the seat so it sat firmly in place. Made a new tongue mount from 1/2 square tubing and split pvc pipe and put around the frame crossbrace.
