Rear Fender

Has anyone tried swapping out the rear fender with a EN500 fender? I like the look of the fender and want to know if anyone has tried anything like this.
Looking for a new look for the old girl and a winter project.

...later models of the EN had 4.5 gal tanks btw...almost a direct swap....as for the rear fender swap, the older ENs have the exact same mount...if yer talkin the flared one, those are newer, and I couldnt say...but hell, mebbe drillin a hole or two ?...they had the same size rear tire....so, radius is same...
