Custom Signals

Hey guys, Looking for suggestions on relocating rear signals for a clean look. Wanting to find a way to have my signals put into my frame tubing in the rear...any ideas? I'm gonna have to drill holes for wires for sure, and possible for mounting purposes. Not sure this will even be possible, but I'm thinkin this would be a great mod

I'm thinking something like http://www.harrisonspecialties.com/m..._Code=RearWire
what would I have to do to convert to LED?
Pretty sure this specific set is too large in diameter for the tubes. they are 1 3/8", but I will be looking for smaller ones. I like how the wiring comes out the back and only have to drill 1 hole for mounting(so 2 holes total I guess)
