Fairing Question

A local guy had this Vetter Fairing II for sale for $50 on Craigslist.

http://stcloud.craigslist.org/mcy/3122337583.html

Wonder if that would fit the vn750 or not?

Might check what kinda manufacturer info you can find for fitment / compatibility. If all else fails some plumbers tape & some hose clamps she'll fit!

http://www.craigvetter.com/pages/vet...tructions.html

I found a collection of instructions for various Vetters. Could not find a Vet II though. These went out of production before the VN750 went into production. Read here: http://craigvetter.com/pages/Vetter_...y_of_part.html

Personally, I would skip this since it is missing mounting hardware and prolly won't fit our bikes. Good Luck.

I only understand what I don't understand.

Yeah his ad says windjammer II but it says III right on the decal of the fairing, lol.
I will see what other info I can find, but not sure where to start.

Yeah it probably won't work, but mounting hardware wouldn't be an issue, I could probably fabricate something up.
But I just thought a nice fairing for $50 was too good to over look.

Garage
For fifty bucks I'd buy it (if it's not damaged)

They all were pretty much the same, only the mounting hardware was diffrent. You can fab your own.

PM JD in Texas , he has experience retro fitting Vetters...
