I am considering it myself. The current bar sucks for my ape'ish arms. I can tolerate for now, but will be swapping later.

I only understand what I don't understand.

Anyone know where to get new cables and brake lines and how much they would approximately cost?

Mine are 18's and I got my clutch cable from motion pro, I cant recall how much it was but it wasn't to bad. I also used the stock throttle cables but had to re-route them. I soldered my own wire extentions and tossed my choke cable because I can press the lever from the right side near the carb to start the bike. The brake hose wasn't more than 20 bucks. I'll do some digging and see if I can find the part number and manufactorer of the brake hose.

I used a 23 inch brake hose from bikers choice, part number 03-5923 but it's a few inches to long but worked none the less. Also Motion Pro stocks our cables just give them the model information and that you want plus 6 inches. I asked for plus 8 and my clutch cable is longer than needed. Happy wrenching : )
