chrome rad cover and grille cover together

I got a grille cover from Pick a couple of weeks ago and of course added it to my plastic grille cover by drilling the holes. I have now picked up the chrome rad cover. Is it feasible to drill on that to add the grille cover or can they be clipped together as if drilling on the chrome rad cover is sacrilege

Take the original Kawa black plastic rad cover off, you prob got hardware to mount the new chrome one with anyway. Do the drilling necessary for the new grill cover to fit the new chrome rad cover. By leaving the original plastic rad cover there and then adding the new grill you are restricting fresh air to the rad fins!!
