saddlebag support bolts???

I hope someone can tell me what size i need for the F/S saddlebag supports. The bolts that come out of the grab rail are M8-1.25 50mm. I went everywhere and after adding the bags 60mm or 70mm would not work on the rail. 60mm were fine in the back through the bracket and i added the nut. The front ones are the issue. After totally tightening the back on the right side, i was able to get the 70mm to work on the front, but it was a MAJOR hassle. And after many loud expletives that i'm sure most of the neighborhood did not approve of, i could not get the left front to thread. I would assume 75mm or 80 would work, but no one any that long in stock

You should be able to get M8s locally. If you have to order them, I would go to Home Depot and get 5/16 x 3" bolts ( and nuts ) and use them until I got the M8s. The 5/16 should thru bolt fine. A little advice- If you're attaching a bracket with 2 or more bolts, DO NOT tighten one side down first. Get both bolts threaded in then tighten both of them equally side to side.
