Question Which Jacket to choose!!

Hey guys I have been researching and trying on some different types of jackets but I still can't seem to decide which one to get. Im looking for a nice breathable jacket that offers good protection and in the middle price range. I've looked at getting the Rev It Air Wave Jacket and upgrading the back support to the CRE level 2 or getting or Alpine Star T-GP-Plus and upgrading. Im open to any ones views or opinions on these jackets or any other jacket out there. Thanks!

I got my son a Tourmaster jacket that I wish I had for myself. It cost in the low 100s and we bought it in a local bike shop. Hi viz green with reflective piping, armor at the elbows, forearms, shoulders and spine, removable thermal and wind/rain liners. Subsequent online research taught me that one desirable attribute in a mesh jacket is that the armor be sewn in under the outer mesh layer, rather than a separate piece sewn onto the outside of the jacket. The reason being that if you go sliding down the pavement the armored sections will be torn off fairly quickly as the stitching is exposed. The Tourmaster does not pass that specific test criteria but I still think its a pretty nice jacket.
