Question about Risers

I'm switching out the OEM bars for drag bars and need to get some risers so I'm not lying across the gas tank when I ride. When I look at various and sundry ones on eBay, though, they all look like they're set for single bolts coming off the triple tree. What am I missing? Does anyone make risers that will connect to our two-bolt (four total) set-up, or do I have to do some kind of conversion? I'm thinking I need 3-4" of height to be able to ride comfortably.
