Bilt motorcycle gear

Anyone heard of them before....? Or more importantly own any?

Stuff Looks nice in the catalog, but the prices seem awfully cheap. My guess is Chinese imports.... But then alot of gear is made there for the better known companies, so I don't want to assume it's not made well....

You know I did see alot of their stuff in the cycle gear cat. I was wondering about it as well.

I have a Bilt helmet but bought it because I needed a low price helmet quick.

I was in Cycle Gear this past weekend and asked the guy about them. Bilt is a "value priced" line (his words) and exclusive to Cycle Gear.

Guess I'm a little hesitant about owning what is basically safety gear that is described as "value priced" ...lol

The catalog had a one piece leather track suit for $299.00 ...which seems incredibly cheap. ( the two piece Dainese suit was $1000.00)

Looks like there is one of their stores in town, guess I'll just check them out.

I would like to check it out as well but there aren't any stores near me. Let me know what you think if you do.
