A sweet front end fairing!

www.cdthayer.com/imagesbike/Chop_Hamish_03.jpg

Anyone scene or heard of what this front fairing is called and where I would be able to get one? I have been on Maierusa.com to look at the universal cafe fairing and that is close but still not it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
