Custom Lowers By "Lance328"

As some of you may know I do alot of work on these bikes and make several custom parts. If you didn't know you know now!!!

Parts include: Polished Highway peg mounts, Poished Coasters, Polished & Areated Regulator/Rectifier mount, Polished turn signal block offs/stem mounts, custom voltmeter mount cup, & voltmeter, custom "Harley Style" Floorboards, "Goats Belly bypass Kit" that does not leak like some others, Custom NGK wire set, and now Custom Windshield Lowers.

Which is in the pic below, thanks to Vn750_Dawgsfan for bringing a sheet of 3/8" Lexan and saying, can you make lowers with this? Since I can Fabricate pretty much anything, we know have three sets of "Bullet Proof Lowers" that are "SOLD" any future orders will be 3/16" Lexan unless specified. They include polished aluminum brackets and stainless steel hardware.

"Comming Soon" is the next project which is what I call the "Lance & Hines Custom Exhaust"

From the Passenger pegs back to the rim will be a 24" x 3" Chrome exhaust with an optional V&H removable bafffle and from the manifold back will be a tightly wound black fiberglass down tube. It will sound like the V&H but less than 2/3 the cost. Wileysden is the first for this exhaust. Enough Blahh Blahhh, here are the lowers. This is the first mock up!!!!!!

Question. Did you fabricate the crome horn covers on your bike, and if so, are they for Fiaam horns?

I'm keepin' all the left over parts. I'm gonna use 'em to build another bike!

Wow those look great. Can't wait to see them up close tomorrow and get my set on soon. I'm sure wileysden will like them on his also. I'm glad I was able to get that scrap piece of lexan free from work, and have enough to make three sets out of it.
