Dash Cluster

Does anyone know if any other dashes (warning lights, tach, and speedo) are compatible with the 750 like just plug and play besides the brackets? I think it would be cool to see something a little different mounted up something off a ninja maybe? I tried looking around but I really couldn't find anything on it in the forum, then again I might be looking in the wrong places for that.

Don't know anything that is plug and play. Speedo might be a challenge since you'll need one that works on the same ratio that the vn750 runs on. If you're thinking digital, then you might be able to get some kind of RPM sensor that reads the front wheel and gives you the correct MPH that way. Besides speedo, it shouldn't be terribly hard to retro fit a cluster to work. Just have to find the neutral, turn, high beam, etc wires and hook them up

I got one of these. My tach is broken so I figured why not?

you have to repin the wires, and add magnets to the brake disc up front, but everything works save the auto cancel turn signals, and temp light.
The fuel gauge is still just as wonky, the turn signals on my 86 won't auto cancel, and the temp warning light stays on unless you rig it up.

If anyone knows how to improve our fuel sending unit to work better, I'll put this one back on. Loads smaller.
