Wind Noise at 60-70 mph

My bike is an ’04, 18K miles, pure naked (no windshield, fairing, etc). Noticed a noise coming (apparently) coming from front of bike when traveling around 60mph. Sounds like a vibration of some plastic. I briefly checked the radiator shroud and the plastic housing above it for “looseness”. All seemed tight and correctly positioned. Anyone else experienced this? Ideas?

Gauges shaking? My tach rattled on bumps until I fixed the mount bracket.

Connectors in the headlight bucket rattling? Someone posted they had a rattle there.

Neck covers tight?

^That. Mine made noise at speed. Greased the cable, helped a bit, but didn't cure it. Earplugs did.
