Brake Caliper Seizes

Rebuilt both front calipers with new pistons, seals, new hoses and speedbleeders. All worked great for about 180 miles then the right caliper froze. Released some fluid and it worked great for another 60 miles then it did it again. Each time I eased out a little fluid and it worked great until the next 60 or so miles rolled around and it seizes again. Any idea on what might be causing this? Oh yeah, I also purged the system and installed new DOT 4 fluid and bleed brakes; still does it.

Thanks

Thanks for the response, it must have been someone else you talked with, this is the first time I've posted or discussed this issue. Anyway, cyclebrakes.com tech gave me the definitive fix and it is the master cylinder so my weekend project is to rebuild it!
