sticking calper

Started having the same problem I had last year and I'm not saying it completly went away.

Rode to work today and when I came out at the end of the day the brake lever was impossible to squeeze. I took a pair of plyers and turned one bleed screw. Immediately, fluid shot out. Closed the screw.
Squeezed the brake lever and came back to normal. Any ideas on what gives.

replaced the brake lines, rebuilt both calipers, new pads and even changed all the washers using OEM and a diagram on what goes where.

What did I not do or do right and any ideas would be appreciated.

Look for the fluid return port in the bottom of the master cyl, see if it's full of gunk. Was the fluid ever dirty?

The port is working like a champ. Piston is moving back and forth. The fluid was murky before I changed it about three times.

Got to agree with Spockster, Something around your master cylinder is not allowing the fluid back.
