new front tire. thanks, for the info!

I just want say; thank you everyone for all the help on here. with everything I read about tires and how to remove and replace tires, this forum has been great place to get info on these bikes! thanks everyone!

thanks to this forum, I was able to remove the front tire with major ease! also when I bought a new tire, I had the info to make a good (if not the best) choice of tire brand/size.

I went with Metzeler ME880 110/90-19. when I told the lady that was selling me the tire I wanted the 110/90-19, she kept asking me if I was sure I wanted the bigger tire. I looked her straight in the eye and said yes, that is what I want.

later, got home, put the tire on and went for a 15 mile ride. again thanks to all of you here at, I feel that I have made the best choice for my bike. the braking is way better! the ride seems better and handling seems to be better.
now I can't wait to replace the back tire. when I do, it will be with the bigger Metzeler ME880 170/80-15.

again, thank you, all of you great people with all of the great info here.

Good, I did like the way the 110 made the front end feel.
