brakes broke

Ok how do I get the pad that slide on the two shafts off? Also my wheel was not rolling because the brakes were stuck shut. Is it the caliper that I need to free up if so how do I do that?

Grace and Peace to you!

Well the Lord blessed me with that job. I couldn't find on here how to take the brakes shoes off so I found a video on Youtube. It showed me how to do it.

All the brakes needed was being blown off and the slider moved in and out. I believe it was stiff due to it sitting. Looking back it was a very simple job. I started out yesterday by trying to get the bike out of the building so I could flush the cooling system, but my brakes were locked up. So I spent this afternoon repairing that.

I was finally able to pull the bike out tonight before calling it quits. So yay God for helping me do that.

Grace and Peace to you!

I don't think God helped you. You did it all by yourself. Good for you.
