Fork spring upgrades

Does anyone know what the fork spring free length is for the 96? I checked in hte Haynes manual and it says "not specified" and the Kawi repair manual doesn't have it.

I'm looking at changing out my springs for some ones from Sonic, and even though they don't list our bike specifically, the guy over there said all he needs are the dimensions of our springs and he can hook me up. I'd rather not go with progressive springs.
