fork rebuild

getting ready to order parts for a fork rebuild.

I know I need oil seals and dust seals... but how often do the bushing need changing? should I order them as well?

also, has anyone used 20w in their forks? or is everyone using 10W? I am a pretty heavy pile of crap, and am wondering if the heavier oil may be a benefit or not

also considering same question for the rear shocks (will be changing oil their as well)

Ive never changed the bushings. Just the seals and oil. I also use atf in every set of forks I do and I've never had any issues. I'm a heavy dude also (255 for reference) and haven't had any complaints.
