The little round chrome cap that goes over what I think is where the rear swing arm is attached. It's on the right side of the bike just behind the coolant reservoir?

It is the chome swing arm cap.

When you replace it, be sure to smear some silicone on the lip to keep it in place.
These have a history of falling off when the weather gets colder.
It may be that they think of themselves as leaves on a tree

Ron Ayers has them for 10.37, not sure what shipping is but it's usually not cheap from them either. There are a couple on ebay right now that are a little cheaper.

Shipping is like $6.50 on small stuff there I think. Check partzilla.com and cheapcycleparts.com as well.

Partzilla is off my list forever because of my credit card info being stolen. Why Partzilla was in possession of it is beyond me. Thy didn't offer any protection as far as life lock after the fact either.

Lord, don't say that Gooyfoot. I just ordered $62 worth of parts from them. I was checking out cheapcycleparts and kawasakiparts and partzilla beat them hands down on shipping. $10 verses $20 and $23, part were with a dollar of each other
