SS brake lines?

I've done some searching here and on the web - must be doing something wrong. I've seen reference to something "a little short".

I'd like to go away from the 3 line setup and to a 2 line setup (both full length to the master cyl).

Anyone have some part numbers for me that worked for them?

Thanks,
Curtis

Curtis -

I did some homework before buying my ss lines. I personally think it looks neater to have just one line coming into the mc from the fork split. Also, I like the reliability of a single connection to the mc. You lose the front brake and you're screwed.

I went with the 3 line setup and really like the feel (much firmer) and looks.
There is a photo of mine in the gallery.

Just my thoughts.

I got the Goodridge set and one of the lines was much too short. I don't know if anyone has had better luck with them. I ended up making my own set-up from Goodridge parts at bikebandit.com. I believe Galfer has a set-up that is known to work.

Good luck, Mark

I got the Galfer 3 line set and it was fine.
