Question Ordering Brake Pads

I'm looking to order new pads but not sure if a set is for one rotor or two.
Do I order one set or two?

I'm hoping it would be like getting brakes for your car. You should get a pair for each side, but someone should correct me if I'm wrong. I've haven't changed mine yet.

Just ordered two sets of EBC Organic Brake Pads from CheapCycleParts. Along with a new gas cap and all the seals.
