Dunlop Tires

Hello Group, I am ready for new tires, my bridgestone are beyond safe at 9500 miles. QUESTION is what mileage can I expect from Dunlop 404s. Thanks for your replies.

I am not sure of the expected mileage. Here is a link to Dunlop Tires http://www.dunlopmotorcycle.com/default.htm which has a fitment guide. I used this when I purchased tires last year. I went with the D404 because they were about 1/2 the price of Metzeler ME 880 Marathon. http://www.metzelermoto.com No complaints so far.

I bought a set of D404's last August. Put 6,300 miles on them so far and still have 4/32 tread left. I had Bridgestone's before. The D404's felt a lot different, so I advise taking it easy until you get acclimated to them. I've been very pleased with the tires. Cost was $245.76, mounted and balanced.

hi, i went with the dunlops (404) and like posted before the best bang for the buck ( 1/2 the price of the metz). i ordered my tires from ron ayers and took the wheels off and had them mounted & balanced too for a grand total of $205. i am not a real aggressive rider so the dunlops are more than adequate. the way i figure it i can buy a second pair and still be ahead of the game. ride safe john
