oil leak on (clutch shift/gear change?)

Search the site to no avail (or i don't understand)
Anyone know if i can change this oil seal by simply removing the cable clamp, prying the seal out and push new seal in all from the outside without interfering with anything else ?. oil leaking where finger pointing on photo. thank you.

ok. Found some info !. This oil seal is part #92049-1037 (14/24/4.8).
Information i been told is remove the retaining bolt on clutch release shaft and seal should withdraw with shaft. Replace new seal and reassemble. All i need do now is find that seal here in the UK, which wont be easy. cheers.
