Rear drive leak

I have noticed seepage from the rear end on the right side at the bottom. What is the likely cause. I also feel I need to check for adequate lubrication on my front drive splines as well, after reading all of the posts here. Motorcycle is a 2004 VN750 with only 6000 miles, which has been parked alot, which may be part of the problem. Thanks for any advice or suggestions.

sounds like you have a seal that is leaking in there best bet is to order new seals for the final drive and do a spline lube while your at it
