looks like they assembled it correctly way back in the day. always a relief to find they were taken care of and that you've got the extra peace of mind knowing it's good until the next tire change

Well... wish me luck guys! I’m doing the spline lube check and lube tomorrow. I have everything together to do it, I would have never tried without the help from this post! Hopefully it’ll be ok in there. Only 4500 miles on a 2002... I’ll let you guys know how it goes!

Well I had grease still and the splines looked good!! Everything went pretty smooth thanks to this write up! Love this forum...
