CLUTCH COVER REMOVAL
I AM NEEDING TO REPLACE MY CLUTCH COVER GASKET ON MY 02 VN 750. HOW DO I GO ABOUT THIS? I KNOW I NEED TO REMOVE FOOT REST, BRAKE LEVER AND EXHAUST PIPE. IT JUST DOESN'T LOOK LIKE THERE IS ENOUGH ROOM TO GET THE COVER OUT???????

Yep, remove all that, and the frame section, four bolts and that section comes off. You'll have plenty of room.
Keep track of the bolts, different lengths in specific bolt holes.

Thank you Spockster. That's what I needed to know.

You're welcome, that's the most recent job on my bike. Gasket was sticking out of the top right corner. Seemed odd that it wasn't broken or deformed, and it's happened just like that on some other VNs too.
