Fuel outlet help.

Not sure if anyone has had this problem but my metal fuel outlet elbow that slides into the petcock on the front side will not stay in at all. I can push it back in but as soon as I give it a little gas it pops right on back out. Any suggestions? If I have to replace the petcock then so be it.

I had the same problem with both outlets, I think I posted a few months back querying about it, got sorted though, I cleaned the elbows and where they push into with wire wool then use some loctite ( oil and fuel resistant stuff) sorry I can't rember the number, but you should be able to google it, anyway I used a dollop of it in both elbows and pushed the in and gave them a few taps withe a wood block and hammer, make sure you have them pointing the right direction. Haven't had any bother since!
