Help me clear this up

Ok - This is the best forum and I learned a lot - Now Im trying to put all this info together so forgive me if I seem confused. I try to make my questions simple. I have a 2002 vn750 and I have marbled it and put mechanical MCCT on it. I want to do the ear shave and remove baffles. First if I just remove the baffles do I need to rejet? If I just do earshave must I rejet? What if I do both must I rejet? If I do any of the above what size jet do I start with? I live about 110 feet above sea level.

Hope someone can help.

You shouldn't need to rejet if you just earshave. If I were you I wouldn't remove the baffles, all it will do is make the thing loud and you'll lose some low end power. If you just want to piss off your neighbors, remove the goats belly first, it will be louder....and see if you like that.
