Ear shave pic's anyone?

I'm going to undertake the Ear shave, as great as the write up is, did anyone save the pictures to their computer from the guide prior to the images disappearing?

If anyone has them, could you either re post them or email them to me (PM for email address)

Nothing like seeing a modification done in HD

Cheers in advance,

Gaz

I didn't save them, but let us know if there's something specific you'd like a picture of. Somebody will either have one or can take one. Mine is ear shaved and the tank is still off so there's easy access for photos.

Cheers!

The most technical part, besides re-jetting (shudder), is getting the airbox out of the frame. I didn't re-jet and don't seem to have needed to.

I pulled the harness out of the frame working from back to front, then the airbox slides out toward the rear in one piece. Some people just saw it into pieces.

Once the airbox, hoses, and ducts were gone, I slapped on a pair of UNI PK-92 filters.

I made coasters at the same time, so you see the reed system in the pic. It all opens up a lot of real estate on top of the engine.

rejetting is dependant upon the bike and any exhaust mods.. if stock exhaust, rejet is often not needed

I bought a set of V&H Cruzers, so I've bought the necessary jets and shims and coasters as per the Verses. I'm justing waiting on the other K&N arriving, supplier only had one in stock, so split the order? Also the Emgo filters are on route to, fingers crossed everything will be here by the weekend, itching to get the pipes on.
