EMGO Crankcase breather

I have been trying to find some info on this and haven't been successful.

The fitting on the EMGO crankcase breather is much smaller than the crankcase breather hose... what has everyone done for this to make it work? Is there an adapter of some sort to use to change sizes?

After doing some searching, I think I will just use something similar to this:

I used a reducer made from PVC less than a buck at a hardware store.

A 5/16" hose at Knechts fit over the Emgo Filter and inside of the stock crankcase hose.
This looks like what was done in the original earshave mod post, and with some hose clamps, it's still pretty damn cheap.

that's what I did, a piece of hose that fit over the filter, and would fight inside the breather hose

same here. Chopped a piece of 5/16 hose and slid about 2 inches of it into the stock breather hose.
