Just isnt running right...

I finally got my bike on the road yesterday but only for about 40 mins until it just died due to a dead battery, my bikes not charging the battery but thats a different issue im working out atm. Anyway... I need some help trouble shooting some issues, so please read the following list and help if you can please.
Note:I have done the ear shave and coaster mod. I have not changed the jets from stock. I have completely tore down and cleaned the carb, ran sea foam and cleaned the gas tank. That said
  • Takes a while to idle down after throttle is given, stuck rpm
  • Backfires constantly, especially in idle
  • Random rpm boost and acceleration when riding at constant speeds
  • Any time giving it more then 3/4 throttle when in gear it hesitates and the rpm doesnt increase like its choking on to much air or fuel.
any help would be much appreciated,
Thanks
-Holiday

Experiment with the air screws. Turn them out a little bit at a time and do a run.
