Fuel Gauge

Wheres the best place to start looking to fix my fuel gauge its stuck on empty..

The gas station and put some gas in it. Just kidding, first I check the electrical connections to the gauge and if that's OK I look at the tank sender unit & make sure it's operating, othrwise I would look on ebay or some motorcycle bone yard for a replacement.

Did you try removing the sending unit and moving the float manually while the wires are connected to see if the guage moves? It may be as fw said, just a bad connection.
