Single carb conversion ?

Has someone even tried to make a intake flange to make a single carb conversion ?
I was think seriously to put an edelbrock carb 40mm with a K%N filter with a custom made intake flange.

It's been discussed before and I don't think anyone's really tried on the VN750.

If ya do it, definitely let us know how ya did it (with plenty of pics) and how ya like it, etc.

I don't feel like looking for it (but I've posted the link before) but there's a guy that made a plastic intake manifold for I think a goldwing with either an edelbrock or holly... said it worked well...

that's a great idea , but i would go with a 42 , you may have to move some stuff as there is no room in there .
