Cleaning carbs/ear shaving Questions

I picked up a used 2006 last week. Since I have had it has had a hard time idling with no choke. The engine also seems to be hesitating below 4500 RPM. Doing some research on the site and getting some advice I am going to clean the Carbs and do the ear shave. I just had a few questions to make sure I have the right parts. I need to replace one of the float bowl drain screws(it is stripped) Is this the correct replacement part.

Also when doing the ear shave are these what I use to cap off the vacuum lines?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Not sure if this link will be helpful, but it is very clear (best I've seen) in VN750 Carb Pulling & Ear Shaving Procedure (with suggested part info).

It did help. I used that to order the parts needed. Can't wait to get started. Thanks.
