After market carbs.

I was just thumbing through Ebay looking for jets, when I noticed pairs of Mikuni carbs for Snow mobiles. I think in a pinch they could be quite the mod for a VN 750. One pair of a Skido, and another of an ex 700. The Skidoo came with the forked throttle cable at a glance, maybe $100 the pair used.
Just a thought.

In my own opinion, and in the opinion of several others that are in the knowing, Mikuni would be the way to go....theyre simple and they perform....theyre also easy to work on and parts are everywhere....

So, youre considering 2 Kunis then w/o a single manifold....Ive considered doing that.....you just need to fab a bracket to anchor the split throttle cable....and a stabilizing bracket for the carbs themselves...thats it....

If yer gonna do it, do what I did....either change the petcock out to a single outlet, or join the 2 fuel tines with a tee, then split em again....your guaranteed even flow to each then....the present setup doesnt allow that if one outlet gets blocked.
