Air Cut-off Valve Kits?

I'm looking for the whole kit. Diaphraghm, O-ring, etc.. I tried ordering through the phone from Sirius Inc 2 weeks ago and when I called to follow up and check the ETA they didn't even have a record of my order. As if it was never placed.

I placed another order with sirius and got them this time. ronayers has them but they are 30 some dollars for just the diaphraghm, through sirius you get the diaphraghm, spring and o-ring for 15 a set.
