Quick throttle stall out

Hey guys, quick question.
I have a 99 VN750 with about 14K miles on it, for some reason this season if I am at a dead stop give my throttle a quick twist and rev. the engine my bike stalls out, even if it has been running for an hour, if im at a light and rev the engine quick it stalls out. Its fine if I slowly give it some juice though.
Any thoughts?

PS: i think this question fits here in the Carbs and Fuel system

First thing I'd do is give it a half can/full tank of gas dose of seafoam. Run it for a few minutes and let it sit and soak a day or so. See if it clears up. In the mean time, check your air filters. Make sure they're not clogged or rotted. Might be time for new plugs too. Just some ideas.

I have the same issue and was wondering if there was ever a resolve to the problem. Thanks!
