Fuel Flow?

Have an issue with the front cylinder not firing all the time. Found the coil was bad and replaced that but didnt help much. Just noticed it runs great leaning on the kickstand but as soon as i sit down and level the bike the rpms drop and i can hear from the exhaust that cylinder firing less. Thinking it might be a fuel delivery problem from the angle of the gas line for that carb which has to go up at a 45 degree angle from the petcock and over the carb because of where its located, even though i dont think it should be an issue considering its all lower than the tank. Tried it with a full tank, opened it to release any pressure, gas lines are new, whole petcock is brand new. And yet it will consistently run great on the kickstand and begin to stall when I level the bike. Any ideas?

Kind of a wild guess here bu maybe you've got an air bubble trapped in your fuel line at the high point of the fuel line, Just making an educated guess here but if so when on the kickstand the air bubble could be shifting down the line a bit allowing for better fuel flow than when the bike is upright.
Otherwise I'd suspect the float level is set wrong in your carb.

I would check the float level while on the center stand.
