Two dilemmas

Ok so the bike was acting up I decided to clean the carbs, getting them off as a lot of you know was no fun, in the process I broke the throttle stop screw (idle adjuster) and one of the fuel inlets which someone decide was a good idea to design half brass half plastic, so my first dilemma is I don't wanna drop 60 bucks on the stop screw so is there a compatible one that is cheaper second does anyone know where I can get an all brass fuel inlet fitting I've checked every parts and hardware store on this side of the state and no one has anything close to it. And I decided to pull the motor and clean up my valves so I can install the carbs while its not on the bike hopefully easier.

I'm unsure about the screw, but the fuel elbow is a cheap replacement that you can find a 100% brass replacement at Harley shops. They used the same style of carbs as well.
