which jets?

Fellas, ordering jets for my ear shave, wondering if I can still go with sizes listed on sticky at top of thread or if I need a different size. I'm out of Salt Lake, elevation 4, 400 ft. Thanks in advance.

At 4K feet I think you need different jets... not sure which ones though, hope someone else will be able to tell you which ones.

AGM Battery
Iridium spark plugs
NGK wires and caps
Relocated R/R

Less available air (less dense) should make your bike run richer. Do the shave with pods, and run it....plug condition will tell you if you need a rejet.

Hey, finally a SLC person. I did the shave last weekend. I put 140/40 main/slow and one shim with 2 1/2 turns on the mixture screws. I feel like I'm dumping gas in there, but my plugs look good after about 100 miles, so I'm going to stick with it. I'm sure you can get away with the stock slow and a 138 main, maybe just add a shim or two to the needles. I've got a bunch of spare needle shims, and I'm local, you can have 4 of them if you're close enough to justify the drive.
