I think this is how it goes.......

I noticed that the bike was running rough the other day - so in checking it over i noticed that a hose was missing from the rear carb. (see pict) all of the emissions stuff has been pulled and so I think that there may have just been a cap over the vacuum port there but I don't remember - Lance did the mods a few years back.anyone know if there is supposed to be a hose running from here to somewhere of if I can just plug it off.

Those little plugs don't last very long. A hose with a bolt or a BB will last longer, but won't look as good.

Plugged it with a cap -give it a fire up in the morning

I used a short portion of the vacuum line that came off that port and plugged end with a small black "cap" that I bought at local hardware store for $.48. Pricey, but it has done the trick.
