Idle problems

Ok so my bike has been idling great for 2 weeks and I just changed the oil and it started idling a little low so I wen to raise the idle and the problem that I was having a month ago came back I have a video of it and you can see that it is warm after a 10 mile ride and it was idling high because I changed it but after a little bit it dropped extremely low. I have no idea what it is. I think the fuel mixture is high because I am told i have a strong smell of gas when I am followed plus I get small popping backfiring when decelerating.
Any ideas????

I think you have a carb problem. Make sure you check your crankcase oil level and make sure there is no gas in the crankcase. Also a vacuum problem.
