Just cleaned car, doesn't start now

Just took the carb out to clean it and put everything back on. Now the bike won't start and there's no fuel coming out of the tank. I have an inline fuel filter so I can see that no gas is coming out.

Are you sure the lines to the Petcock are properly connected ? ?
The petcock will not allow fuel to flow w/o Vacuum ! (center connection to left carb vacuum port).

hope this helps

Even if the petcock is set to run, you still will need vacuum to the petcock to get gas to flow to the carbs.
Early 700's and 750's had a setting for prime to fill the carbs, then you could turn it to run once the carbs had gas.

If cleaning your car can keep your motorcycle from starting, I'm gonna have the dirtiest car in the world. Maybe I already do
