Have you tried adjusting your cable so that it does not move the choke when turning your handle bars?

Yep cable needs adjustment. Or the choke linkage might be a bit gummy. Try cleaning the end of the cable and adjusting as necessary.

Return spring on the carb clinkage might be broken.

If that were the case, he would have problems during deceleration, more like not being able to slow down. The decel cable is to simply snap the hand-throttle back. Moat likely just re-adjusting the cable will fix the problem. The OP is probably experiencing this when turning the handle-bars back and forth.

I only understand what I don't understand.

the choke cable is adjusted all the way in and it still goes to half choke so i just tied it over with a string i never have to choke it to start the thing anyways i just hit the starter and throttle up a bit she pops right off every time

Not THAT spring, the one that's on the choke.

actually you were all wrong no offense but i was just miss informed on which way was on and which was off i found out that the choke was actually drifting open as it should the vacuum off of the carbs will slowly pull on the plungers and open the choke for you if it is working properly by me tieing the choke all the way towards me i was choking her to death like a moron and no matter what some men think your woman will not do what you want for long if you keep choking her
