not starting

Cleaned the carbs and now the bike will not start. She turns over, has spark and it just doesn't want to start. I need help. Hoses all hooked up. She is getting fuel. She will try to start but nothing. Replaced spark plugs and air filter.

carnal??? Do you means carbs?
Are all the hoses hooked up in the right place?
Vacuum hose to petcock?
Need more info.

Will it fire off with a little starting fluid sprayed on the foam air filter?

Is your engine kill switch on RUN ? If you have spark, fuel, and I assume air, it should fire.
