Carb Rebuild Videos

Hey all,

I made a few videos of disassembling and re-assembling the carbs from my bike. They also include jetting for the ear shave.

Good job roach.
I will be re-watching these a couple of times before attempting any carb work of my own.

I just now requested Dianna make this a sticky thread.

Well as I understand it, the Vulcan Verses are not open to addition or revision. But with a sticky thread at the top of the index for each of the applicable tech forums, roach`s videos will be easy to notice and find by old hands and newbies alike!

Garage
How do you attach the enricher lever spring to the body of the carb? Ive attached mine but the enricher lever doesn't work correctly and Im not sure if I have the spring and lever assembly thing installed correctly.

Does anyone have any pictures of the spring assembly?

I remember having trouble with that as well. I had to try it a couple different ways before I got it right. If I remember correctly, I think you need to twist it so it's sprung a bit when you put it together.
